Renewing borrowed items via the catalogue today?
Go to “My outstanding balance” under Borrower information and check your outstanding balance.
If you have any outstanding fines, send an email to mediatheek@hu.nl with your student number and the request to cancel the fine.
Do this before 30 September, after this date you can no longer make use of this arrangement (*).
From 1 October the fine will be raised to 0.20 cents per day per item in retroaction.
* This arrangement does not apply to fines for day loan items and for items handed over to the debt collection agency.
